Job Description

Up North Plastics is currently seeking a Recruiter due to our recent addition at our Cottage Grove location. As one of the largest film manufacturers in the world, Up North Plastics produces several lines of polyethylene products including retail trash bags, construction and agricultural films.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• 2+ years of hands on full-cycle recruiting
• Experience in recruiting for a manufacturing environment a plus
• Experience with new hire on-boarding
• Knowledge of local and federal employment laws and regulations

The Recruiter at Up North Plastics is responsible for full-cycle recruiting of varies positions. The Recruiter will screen and interview candidates, as well as process offers to fill open positions. They also assist in new hire on-boarding, paperwork, and other HR tasks.
