• THE EARNINGS: Annual average of $77,740 to $86,941, plus a $10,000 limited-time sign-on bonus.
• PAY STRUCTURE: Earn $0.49–$0.53 per mile (with yearly 0.01 cpm increases until maxing out at $0.53 cpm) plus $40 per stop and $300–$350 per day for outsource work.
• THE ROUTE & FREIGHT: Deliver concrete, fiber, and siding on curtain side/flatbed trailers to customer sites across WA and OR (training provided on both trailer types; flatbed experience preferred).
• THE SCHEDULE: Monday–Friday schedule with start times between 3:00 AM–5:00 AM and 12–14 hour shifts (occasional Saturday work or optional 6th day available for extra income). 100% home daily.
• EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS: Minimum of 3 months of experience in the last 6 months. Must be willing and able to strap/tarp all loads as needed, chain as weather dictates, and wear required PPE.
• SCREENING & COMPLIANCE: Mandatory pre-employment DOT drug screening is required, including both a standard urine test and a hair follicle drug screen, along with a DOT physical.
