    AS A SR. CUSTOMER SUCCESS MANAGER, YOU WILL:

     

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, post implementation
    • Oversee a book of mid-market and enterprise accounts with a solutions-oriented approach
    • As a customer advocate, collect and communicate feedback to drive continuous improvement of our product, as well as our sales, marketing, and implementation processes
    • Conduct regular account health checks, QBRs, and maintain an above average NPS
    • Analyze user engagement data and identify actionable insights
    • Identify churn risk and ensure renewal and retention KPIs are achieved on a quarterly basis
    • Establish short and long-term business goals that aid the customer in achieving their goals
    • Prepare and educate customers on new features and releases
    • Proactively identify expansion opportunities to increase ARR

     

    CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

     

    • 2+ years in a B2B customer success management or account management role at a software company
    • Self-starter that thrives in fast-paced environments with the demonstrated capacity to lead, motivate, and work well with others
    • Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, organization, prioritization and multitasking skills
    • Excellent in-person and virtual presentations skills
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Experience with Salesforce is highly preferred
