Compensation:

• Salary range $94,000 to $141,900.00
• Full benefits package
• Negotiable sign-on bonus

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree; certification as a Psychiatric RN
• Demonstrated leadership expertise & knowledge regarding psychiatric nursing
• Minimum of 5 years progressively responsible management & experience in psychiatric health services, or related field
• Ability to work effectively with the psychiatric patient
• Ability to supervise, mentor, schedule, and evaluation staff

Job Description

Directs the department's activities and resources to achieve departmental and organizational objectives. The Nursing Director plans, implements, and evaluates delivery of overall nursing care to patients. He/she provides managerial support in conjunction with the Program Director by providing supervision and evaluation of all nursing personnel on the unit. He/she contributes to the program, nursing and hospital through commitment to nursing goals, the supervision of clinical staff, and participation in the community relations program. The Nursing Director reports administratively to the program director and clinically to the Facility CNO.
