Title: Demand Manager

Position Summary

• Reports to Vice President Supply Chain
• Responsible for all forecasting, demand planning and master data management activities
• Work closely with Purchasing, Sourcing, SIOP and overall Supply Chain
• Interact with sales, marketing, engineering, production planning, manufacturing, and distribution centers to understand demand forecast drivers
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with internal and external supply chain planning partners
• Create KPIs, prepare and distribute relevant reports
• Manage supply planning, replenishment activities, and deliverables

Skills/Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of Supply Chain and 2 years of Demand Planning experience
• BA/BS college degree required
• Advanced Excel expertise
• Experience with Materials Requirements (MRP) or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
• S&OP & Power BI experience
• Proficiency with Alteryx developer a plus
• Demonstrated success in Working Capital (inventory, terms) and lead time initiatives
• Proven analytic, management, communication, and leadership skills
• Strong project management, time management and conflict management skills
