    Position Summary

    • Recruitment: drive the recruitment lifecycle for new and existing vacancies across all divisions within the company.
      • Collaborate with Business Unit Leaders to ensure that new openings are launched in a timely manner.
      • Post job openings using various sites and tools to drive applicants.
      • Proactively engage candidates using LinkedIn and existing resume database to generate new applicants.
      • Review resumes and screen potentially qualified candidates and provide recommendations to Hiring Managers for interviews.
      • Drive the interview and recruitment process with urgency preventing bottlenecks wherever possible.
      • Assist in offer and onboarding stage to ensure a smooth and positive experience for the candidate / new team member.
    • Human Resource Support: be available to offer input regarding HR Generalist activities where needed.
    • Be a "Problem Solver" always aiming to add value to the HR group outside of your core responsibilities.

    Skills/Requirements

    • 5+ Years' of Corporate Recruiting (or a mix of agency and corporate)
    • 2+ years' experience with HR Generalist activities.
    • Ability to operate in a fast paced environment.
    • Ability to DRIVE process. It is critical this person be a proactive problem solver.
