    Title: eCommerce Customer Marketing Manager
    Pay Range: $125K -$140K Base Salary, +Bonus
    Location: Remote based candidates are being considered.

    • Privately Held - Global CPG Company
    • $500M+ Revenue (estimated)
    • 400+ Employees
    • Sold through Mass Retail, Specialty Retail and eCommerce

    Position Summary:

    • Reports to the VP of eCommerce
    • Managing 2 Direct Reports (3 with a contractor)
    • Leading digital strategy for Amazon, Walmart.com and a couple other .com's
    • Ownership of the budget and strategy with WMG and AMS
    • Paid Search, Content Optimization, Adwords, Assortment Strategies, etc.
    • Manage agency relationships supporting the execution of digital strategies and campaigns.
    • Assess existing content and programs to make overall evaluation and recommendation for improvements
    • Present to the Executive team, including the CEO, regularly as this role has high visibility within the organization
    • Back up all efforts with ROI data where possible. Constantly be seeking to improve results by analyzing the data and tweaking the strategy.

    Skills/Requirements:

    • 5+ Years Experience in eCommerce channel in the CPG industry.
    • If w/ a Marketing Agency then heavy CPG client portfolio required.
    • Hands on knowledge of running Amazon.
    • Winning the Buy Box, Paid Search, Etc.
    • Experience with at least one other eCommerce Account – Brick and Mortar .com is ideal.
    • Willingness to roll up your sleeves.
    • Strong reporting acumen: lifetime value, cost per customer, etc.
    • Management – at least 1 year of managing a direct report.
    • OR… Being a clear lead / unofficial manager on your team for 2+ years which can be backed up by a professional reference.
    • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related discipline.

    You will own the eCommerce Marketing strategy and budget for the business unit. This is not only about executing a strategy, but also developing it along with "best practices" as the division continues to grow.
