Title: Product Marketing Manager

Position Summary
- Develop and execute marketing, brand positioning, and product strategies to expand customer reach
- Manage unit product portfolio
- Develop and recommend multi-year brand and product plans using competitive analysis and industry/market insights to meet and exceed defined sales and growth objectives
- Manage entire product lifecycle
- Maintain and expand brand equity
- Draft and oversee brand's annual calendar and marketing budget
- Guide creation of advertising and marketing collateral
- Provide input and insight on brand's digital marketing initiatives
- Ensure effective trade show strategy execution
- Regularly report on brand and product performance
- Continually evaluate effectiveness of marketing initiatives and spend to make future improvements
- Lead direct reports by example and cultivate growth and development
Skills/Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree a plus
- 3+ years marketing or project management experience required
- Consumer goods industry experience preferred
- Proficiency in data analysis to inform decision making
- Exceptional presentation skills
- Analytics-minded without compromising creativity
- Experience with Adobe and Microsoft products, DAM tools, and ERP software
