Shift: Full Time 8a-4:30p EST

What You’ll Do:
Aide in Order Processing for Customer Service Department.
Email and Fax orders.
Any duties deemed appropriate to the position.
Answer and direct phone calls.
Handle the execution & implementation of Custom Phone Recordings.
Requirements:
Ability to read and understand written and verbal job instructions and procedures.
Good telephone technique.
Skill and proficiency in the use of personal computer.
Two-year degree or 3-5 years of office experience.
Exceptional work ethic, pleasant demeanor, willing and eager to succeed – a driven self-starter.
Type 30 WPM.
Able to sit for long periods of time.
Answering the phone.
