Qualifications:

· 3 + years experience HVAC estimating and sales experience

· Design-Build

· Experience in a variety of project types

· Must work well in a team environment

· Proficient with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel and estimating software’s

· Good Time management, Verbal and written communication skills are a must

· Passionate about serving customers

· Positive and energetic

· Dedicated to providing solutions

· Effective organizational skills and attention to detail

· Ability to multi-task and work under pressure

· Problem solving skills and can-do attitude

· Strong technical/computer skills

· Strong math skills

· 3+ years of experience with Mechanical estimation

· Ability to do take-off lists of material from construction drawings

· Communicate with Sales, factory representatives and customer personnel to facilitate a timely, accurate, strategic quotation
