Are you interested in learning and growing in the HVAC industry?

This position is long-term, full-time employment for the right candidate.

It is preferred to have at least 1 year experience in HVAC, or currently enrolled or soon to be graduating in a HVAC program but is not required.

Job Responsibilities

· Assisting senior techs with performing maintenance on residential and some commercial units. ****
· Assist with the installation of new units, therefor requiring the ability to life up to 50lbs. ****
· Willingness to learn how to diagnose issues and initiating repairs. ****
· Must be able to climb on ladders to access roof top units. ****
· Able to operate our software that is used for dispatch, invoicing, time sheets, etc.
· Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
· Good communication with strong people skills.

• 8 hour shift
