    Uppercase is looking for a Digital Advertising Account Coordinator to join our advertising team. This role functions as the glue that holds the account team together and works on our fastest-growing ecommerce accounts. If you're a highly organized strong communicator and have a passion for ecommerce and entrepreneurship, this role is for you!

    IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:

    • Support our fastest growing ecommerce clients and work directly with Uppercase account managers, creative team, and client teams.
    • Keep our ad campaigns highly organized and efficient.
    • Research creative ad trends from top ecommerce companies to keep our clients competitive and our creative team inspired. 
    • Research and identify key influencers to partner with to help create content for our clients and boost campaigns.
    • Set up ads and audience segments within Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest and Google ads managers.
    • Assist account managers in pulling reporting data to present to clients.
    • Conduct research on client competitors to help determine why people are buying certain products to help guide copy and creative testing.
    • Research and compile potential audience segments for Uppercase clients.

    OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL:

    • Have a bachelor's degree from a top university.
    • Have 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
    • Demonstrate strong project management skills.
    • Understand the digital marketing ecosystem including key ad metrics.
    • Have direct experience in digital advertising, or relevant coursework.
    • Be comfortable prioritizing tasks and able to keep multiple projects on track at a time.
    • Be highly organized, strategic and analytical, have strong attention to detail, strong communication and writing skills, and comfortable learning new technologies quickly.
    • Thrive in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment.
    • Be highly motivated - we're growing very quickly and have ample growth opportunities.

    OTHER DESIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE:

    • Experience working in Facebook Business Manager and other digital ad platforms.
    • Solid understanding of Excel/Google Sheets.
    • Experience with project management tools like Airtable.
    • Experience researching, communicating with, and partnering with influencers.
    • Experience with email marketing and related software like Klaviyo.
    • Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics and Google Data Studio.
    • An eye for creative trends and good design.
