    Are you a skilled construction administrative assistant with excellent organization and communication skills? If so, we’d love to talk! We are looking for clerical and admin support to help us talk with clients, work with vendors and subcontractors to get bids, manage purchase orders, and change orders. Previous experience in the industry is helpful, but not required. Our ideal client will have strong computer skills, be a team player, and have a few years of administrative experience. Responsibilities: • Support the office manager, project manager, general contractor, and construction office staff by completing administrative tasks • Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails in a professional way • Execute clerical and general office duties such as setting up filing systems, data entry, typing, copying, ordering office supplies, and other administrative tasks for special projects as requested • Draw up forms such as purchase orders, change orders, service agreements, and subcontracts • Support our company in executing marketing campaign plans through communication, digital, and advertising strategies • Create marketing materials including website content, advertisements, social media posts, and other collateral that is polished and on-brand • Manage website content, mailing lists, SEO development, and tracking analytics to ensure all content is up-to-date and relevant • Regularly update social media and respond to followers • Deliver reports on monthly analytics across web and social platforms and advise on improvements Qualifications: • Familiarity with the construction industry is desired, but not required • Three years of experience of administrative experience is necessary - previous administrative duties in a busy construction office is desired • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree is a bonus - high school diploma is required • Great organization, time management, and communication skills are vital • Proficient in computer skills, especially MS Office (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint) Compensation: $24 hourly
