What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily restaurant & bar operations

• Manage P&L, food costs, inventory, ordering & receiving

• Lead, train, schedule & motivate a team of 5–10

• Ensure food safety + compliance (certification preferred)

• Actively engage with guests & support staff success

What We’re Looking For

• Previous management experience (upscale casual dining preferred)

• Bar service knowledge & beverage program experience

• Strong leadership & communication skills

• Organized, dependable, and guest-focused

• Ability to stand for long periods & lift to 50 lbs.
