Upsie is a company built to serve our customers to the absolute best of our ability. The Customer Service Specialist will be a representative of this mission and of Upsie as a whole.
The customer service specialist is responsible for interacting with customers regarding everything Upsie in a friendly and engaging manner. They will take inbound customer calls and call back customers who have left messages during off-work hours. They will also respond to customer emails and inquiries via social media.
The ideal candidate will have strong verbal and written communication skills. Candidates must be able to accurately document and record customer information and interactions. They should have the ability to multi-task and manage multiple requests at one time. Additionally, they should be a self-motivated problem solver who will seek out answers on their own.
Candidates must be passionate about helping others.
