Due to continued year-over-year growth and other planned expansions, we are seeking an experienced NetSuite Administrator & Junior Analyst to join our team working from our new state-of-the-art office in Centennial, CO.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The NetSuite Administrator/Junior Developer is responsible for the management of our NetSuite ERP system. This includes implementing and improving back-end scripts, supporting user roles/permissions, and creating reports for various departments. He/she will work closely with our development team and functional managers in supporting daily NetSuite business operations while driving improvements in overall project quality, user training, and project cycle times.

Core responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Support existing users, customizations, and integrations in the NetSuite environment
• Create and maintain backend scripts to automate and streamline business processes
• Exhibit good customer services attitudes and skills
• Understands business dynamics and needs at all levels (Sales and fulfillment)
• Create integrations between NetSuite and other third-party applications
• Familiarity with Celigo Integrator.IO preferred.
• Strong Excel skills desired.
• Experience working with web services (REST)
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly

​ QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees, training and/or certifications highly desirable
• Advanced NetSuite ERP system proficiency in the areas of inventory management, demand planning and replenishment with a solid working knowledge of other core modules
• Experience with JavaScript/Suitescript and REST APIs
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multi-task and make decisions in fast-paced environment
• Advanced level of proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office Suite applications
• Strong project management background
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Existing knowledge of the precious metals industry or other commodity trading platforms a plus
