Job Description
We're looking for a Community Management Intern to work alongside our Community Manager on the following key areas:
Assist with the management of Upswing's Coach Community:
- Recruit, vet, and onboard new coaches
- Conduct weekly supervision of all coach activity
- Conduct quality assurance of tutoring standards and academic integrity
- Provide remediation opportunities for coaches when necessary and set guidelines for academic integrity
- Participate in user research and user engagement initiatives

- Google Suite
- Effective verbal communication

- Formal tutoring or teaching experience

- People or team management experience
- Spanish proficiency
- HTML/CSS
**This position will be 12-20 hours per week based on work load
