Position Overview:
BaseCamp Franchising supports over 160 physical stores and we are preparing for some big changes coming over the next year relating to our software. Because of these changes, our team is expanding to accommodate the added workload. We are looking for an individual with some Technical Support experience to help us execute these changes while on a swing shift schedule. The salary of this position will be DOE.
Responsibilities:
With strong organizational skills, coordinate and schedule software upgrade maintenances
Oversee the process of upgrading software in our store locations with a focus on attention to detail
Take ownership of in-depth issues and troubleshoot as needed while creating, updating, and closing corresponding tickets
Direct advanced requests to appropriate team members
Fulfill other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
Exceptional Customer Support skills
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Eagerness to learn and grow in the IT world
Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly
Availability to participate in a rotating weekend on-call schedule once a month
Desired Qualifications:
Experience diagnosing and troubleshooting network and computer problems
Ability to install, configure, and maintain computers including hardware and software
Bonus Qualifications:
Any technical degree, equivalent certifications or 2 years of experience
