    Position Overview:

    BaseCamp Franchising supports over 160 physical stores and we are preparing for some big changes coming over the next year. Because of these changes, our team is expanding to accommodate the added workload. We are looking for an individual with Technical Support experience to help us execute these changes and assist the team with our call volume. The salary of this position will be DOE.

    Responsibilities:

    Provide Technical Customer Service assistance to franchisee stores through phone, email, and ticketing system

    With strong organizational skills, oversee hardware and software ordering for store locations

    Oversee the setup process of hardware and software for several store locations simultaneously

    Take ownership of in-depth issues and troubleshoot as needed while creating, updating, and closing corresponding tickets

    Direct advanced requests to appropriate team members

    Fulfill other duties as assigned

    Minimum Qualifications:

    Exceptional Customer Support skills

    Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

    Eagerness to learn and grow in the IT world

    Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly

    Availability to participate in a rotating weekend on-call schedule once a month

    Desired Qualifications:

    Experience diagnosing and troubleshooting network and computer problems

    Ability to install, configure, and maintain computers including hardware and software

    Bonus Qualifications:

    Any technical degree, equivalent certifications or 2 years of experience
