Here at BaseCamp Franchising we are a small but growing company of roughly 50 personnel. Our marketing team consists of 11 members, but we are quickly expanding to keep up with the development of the company and increasing number of franchise stores. BaseCamp Franchising is the parent company of the retail resale franchises Kid to Kid and Uptown Cheapskate. As a BaseCamp Marketing Service Rep, your main objective will be to work with franchisees to help them execute their monthly marketing promotions. This will include creating Google forms, customizing pre-designed artwork using Adobe InDesign, placing print orders, customizing and scheduling emails, maintaining websites and social media accounts, providing updates to owners regarding their materials, etc. You may also be asked to assist with minor graphic design changes, or any other special requests made by the marketing manager or marketing director.

    Hours: Full-time or part-time position available. Flexible to school schedules.

    Compensation: $30,000-35,000 salary (full-time) or $15,000-18,000 (part-time) depending on experience. Part-time position includes employee discounts at Kid to Kid and Uptown Cheapskate with paid holidays. Full-time position includes part-time benefits plus health benefits and 401K match.

    Duties include:

    Maintain an extremely organized system in order to manage multiple campaigns, social media accounts and print orders in a timely manner

    Mock up and execute marketing campaigns through email, Facebook, and Google

    Establish, retain, and grow strong relationships with franchisees

    Work on a time-sensitive schedule to make sure individual stores acquire their marketing materials

    Update websites, Facebook pages, Google Business listings, and emails; publish them to the public

    Make basic design edits

    Complete other tasks as assigned by marketing services supervisor and marketing director

    Qualifications:

    Excellent communication and people skills

    Extremely detail-oriented

    Ability to develop innovative and creative marketing ideas

    Strong social media and online technology skills

    Fantastic organization and project management skills

    Strong writing and editing skills

    Self-motivated and inquisitive

    Basic InDesign skills a plus, but not required

    Knowledge of Facebook, Facebook Ads Manager, Google My Business, WordPress, are a plus
