Job Description
- Implement ServiceNow HRSD servicing to our other departments within the company.
- Manage ticketing operations and formats regarding HRSD.
- Understand and utilize the IT portions of ServiceNow.
- Administer ServiceNow forms, fields, views, lists, UI policies & actions, and client/server scripts.
- Integrate ServiceNow with other tools.
- Design and implement workflows, flow design, and automation using OOB ServiceNow functionality/plugins/connectors.
- Provide HR Call Center support with Case Management and Voice/Chat functionality.
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow HRSD Dashboards & Reporting.
- Collaborate with other ServiceNow modules (ITSM, Portal, ITOM, HAM, and SAM) for administration and enhancement requests.
Qualifications
- Excellent communicator and team player
- ServiceNow CSA Certification is a big plus.
- ServiceNow CIS/HR Certification is preferred.
- Specialized 5+ years experience with HRSD.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and data.
- Exceptional knowledge of workflows, flow design, and automation.
- Experience with Employee Center Pro, including Users, Groups, Skills, Roles, Assignment Rules, HR Services, HR Catalog Items, Record Producers, and Employee Portal Branding.
