    • Sales Leadership: Use your background in sales management to create and execute effective sales strategies. Lead the sales process and look for opportunities to expand and upsell.
    • Customer Support: Use your understanding of Elastic's workflows to offer consultative help to customers. Tailor Elastic solutions to meet their needs.
    • Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders through effective communication and negotiation.
    • Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to develop strategies that keep Elastic competitive.
    • Solution Presentation: Create and deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers, addressing their concerns.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with various teams to ensure customer success and enhance the overall experience.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Successful history as a Business Development Executive or Sales Manager in the Elastic ecosystem or a related field.
    • Profound familiarity with Elastic's Partner Program, adept at managing partner relationships.
    • Extensive expertise in Elastic's products, solutions, and customer workflows.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
    • Amenable to work for overlapping of 4 hours in EST time zone.
