Job Description
As a Business Analyst-Salesforce Trainer , you will:
● Create and deliver training materials for the various members of Access ASU.
● Conduct training sessions for end-users and stakeholders, both in-person and remotely, to ensure understanding and adoption of Salesforce solutions.
● Interface with members of other ASU departments (Enterprise Technology, Academic Enterprise Enrollment) to ensure alignment between new business processes and the technology available to support those business processes.
● Work closely with developers and technical teams to translate business requirements into training solutions within the Salesforce platform.
● Continuously assess training needs and opportunities for improvement, adjusting training materials and approaches as necessary.
● Provide ongoing support and guidance to users, answering questions and troubleshooting issues related to Salesforce usage.
● Assist other BA’s with gathering and document requirements with respect to other Access units.
● Review, understand and convert existing notes/documents to requirements document
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you need:
● Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with expertise in gathering and documenting business requirements for Salesforce projects.
● Strong understanding of Salesforce functionality, with experience implementing and maintaining Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud).
● Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to diverse audiences in a clear and engaging manner.
● Experience developing training materials and delivering training sessions, preferably in Salesforce.
● Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
● Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
● Passion for learning and staying updated on emerging technologies and best practices, focusing on how they can be applied to improve business processes and drive success.
● Experience in a higher education environment is a plus
● Ability to work in a quickly changing environment with a certain level of uncertainty in requirements.
