Job Description

• Proven experience as a Dayforce Business Analyst, particularly focusing on reporting.
• Comprehensive knowledge of HR processes, data analysis, and system troubleshooting.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, adept at explaining complex technical details to non-technical end-users.

Qualifications

• Experience with other HRIS platforms such as PeopleSoft
• Experience with Snowflake data archive.
• Prior involvement in HRIS system migration or major upgrades.
• Help Desk support experience
• A flair for creating user-friendly documentation and training materials.
• You must be available to work within Central or Eastern timezone for at least 4 hours per day
