There are various tasks that require a full-time office assistant to help us in the preparation and processing of these documents. You will be meeting with clients and fielding their questions. We are a small office; therefore, you will be helping to answer phones and doing various office tasks.
There is no specific experience required, but a background in title, tax or legal will be preferred.
Candidates should have the following qualifications:
o Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, internet, email, etc.
o Available 8 - 5 Monday-Friday, some evenings.
o Team Player.
o Great attitude.
o Professional appearance.
Pay: $38,000 - $42,000
