Birthday Party Coordinator Responsibilities:
Book walk-in birthdays and birthdays that are filtered directly to the park (via PCS)
Confirm online bookings upon receipt with a phone call
Complete confirmation calls prior to the event
Assist with greeting event hosts as well as day-of prepping and execution of the event
Include clipboard preparation o Inventory confirmation (supplies) – 1 week prior to the event
PCS Inventory cross check (make sure there are no double bookings) – 1 week prior to the event
Complete follow up calls after the event (see details for follow up calls below)
Working Environment
Non-typical Family Entertainment environment. We have great food, millions of dollars' worth of attractions, host the best Special Events and have thousands of people coming to have FUN!
We are business casual!
Ability to work Saturday, Sunday and/or evening shifts during the week.
