The Beehive Mercantile is Seeking a Fashion Focused Sales Associate & Social Media Maven 30+ Hours a Week Seeking experienced and dynamic fashion forward sales person who can work both instore and is comfortable doing Facebook Live sales events. Position requires knowledge of Fashion, able to enthusiastically communicated the value proposition for overstock designer goods, provide excellent customer service and follow through, self educate on fashion trends and demographics and subsequently , curate instore inventory to sell online. Additional duties include but are not limited to fashion advice, retail sales, fashion displays and keeping the store looking clean and great! Please note, physical labor is part of the position which includes, but not limited to, moving and unboxing inventory, pricing merchandise, ability to move or lift up to 60lbs, and spend long periods of time on your feet. Potential for growth opportunities including styling consultation and fashion blogging. The perfect candidate is outgoing, friendly, self-motivated, professional takes direction, is creative and has initiative. Must have at least 4 years in retail fashion . Understanding the importance of customer service is a priority. I am looking for someone long term, who is able to give at least a one-year commitment. Given the increase in sales during the holiday season, we have vacation black-out dates from November 21 through December 31st. Knowledge and experience posting to Social Media required and experience with Facebook Live preferred. Commission possibility on FB Live completed sales.
