Responsibilities: • Create budgets, collect rent, pay bills and perform other duties to make certain financial objects are being met • Coordinates and oversees on-site operations including budget implementation, vendor relationships, contractor workmanship, rent collections, accounts payable, etc. to ensure smooth operations of the property • Monitor all new prospects and incorporate findings into marketing campaigns to help increase company growth • Coordinates and manages all facets of resident move-in and move-outs including processing applications to ensure smooth processes • Advertise and obtain referrals in order to attract new tenants Qualifications: • Able and willing to work both evenings and weekends • Enjoys meeting people and takes pride in providing excellent customer service • High School Diploma or equivalent • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office • Enjoys negotiating and cultivating a rapport with clients and team members Compensation: $36,000 - $50,000
