Local Nashville Real Estate Team seeking to hire a person to drive throughout the core of Davidson county and help us catalog properties with specific characteristics. Hours will be flexible but must be done in the daylight. Between 10 and 30 hours per week. What you need: • Reliable transportation • A cell phone with a camera • Laptop with internet connection (can use hotspot from cellphone)Compensation: $12 per hour plus fuel reimbursement After the brief training period, you’ll be in your vehicle alone (this is not ride sharing, etc.) You’ll be given specific maps with the traits we are looking for in that area.You will drive street by street taking pictures of the subject properties from the vehicle and inputting specific data into the laptop Responsibilities: • Driving specified routes throughout Nashville Metro • Recording the required data • Delivering data to cloud based system Qualifications: • Able to follow instructions • Comfortable with technology • Reliable transportation • Smart phone with data Compensation: $12 per hour
