For this, you need to have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design. If you desire to provide high quality graphics, can communicate well and work methodically as part of a team, we’d like to meet you!

Main Responsibilities:

• Determine requirements needed for creating graphics
• Schedule projects and define time constraints
• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
• Prepare mockups and present ideas
• Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software
• Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
• Work with product and event marketing teams to produce final design
• Amend designs after feedback
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand

Minimum Requirements:

• Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects
• Knowledge of Adobe PhotoShop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign, and other graphic design software
• A strong eye for aesthetics and details
• 3-5 years of experience in Graphic Design
• Strong communication skills and ability to utilize our Project Management system
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced work environment with tight deadlines
• Highly organized with professional work habits
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Beyond this experience, the candidate should be energetic, friendly, flexible, creative, detail-oriented, technically savvy, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly growing business while interacting with a broad range of people.
