Residential Property Manager - Part-Time
Under the general guidance of the Asset Manager, the Residential Property Manager provides oversight of the day-to-day operations with a mix of strategic insight and hands-on leadership. This role goes beyond office management and is about creating a community that residents are proud to call home.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
2+ years of leasing and property management experience
Current knowledge of local, state, and federal housing and landlord tenant laws
Proficiency in MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook
Ability to work independently with limited supervision
Excellent customer service skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
Must be available after hours for residential and site emergencies
DESIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
Prior experience utilizing AppFolio or similar property management programs
Experience with low-income tax credit properties
Experience with landlord tenants laws specifically applicable to the city of Seattle
LIHTC Certification Strongly preferred
