  • Responsibilities

    Under the general guidance of the Asset Manager, the Residential Property Manager provides oversight of the day-to-day operations with a mix of strategic insight and hands-on leadership. This role goes beyond office management and is about creating a community that residents proudly call home.

    REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

    2+ years of leasing and property management experience

    Current knowledge of local, state, and federal housing and landlord-tenant laws

    Proficiency in MS Office – Word, Excel, and Outlook

    Ability to work independently with limited supervision.

    Excellent customer service skills

    Strong attention to detail

    Strong organizational skills

    Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

    Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.

    Must be available after hours for residential and site emergencies.

    DESIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

    Prior experience utilizing AppFolio or similar property management programs.

    Experience with low-income tax credit properties.

    Experience with landlord-tenant laws specifically applicable to the city of Seattle.

    LIHTC Certification Strongly preferred.

    ULMS Total Compensation – Part-Time Employees

    PTO accrued at 0.07361 per hour worked.
