Terrain Café Devon Yard is a vibrant eatery committed to offering simple, seasonal recipes inspired by the community that we serve in a comfortable environment. Using hand-selected produce, meats, and dairy products, our team takes pride in crafting menus from the seasonal harvest of local farmers we know and trust.

Position:

• Cafe Supervisor

Compensation:

• Up to $20 hourly (based on experience)

Desired Experience:

• 3-5 years of similar experience in a high volume fine-casual restaurant
• Enforcing policies and procedures
• Managing cleanliness practices of all FOH operations
• Ordering, purchasing, receiving, and inventory
• Food and Beverage safety knowledge (RAMP and ServSafe certification preferred)
• Staff training and motivation
• Staff scheduling (monitor daily to ensure appropriate staffing levels to maintain customer service levels)
• Managing greater than 20 people
