Amis Trattoria is an Italian-style trattoria with a versatile menu of house-made pasta, salumi, farm-fresh meats, and peak seasonal vegetable dishes. Our team cooks with love and focuses on creating an environment for our guests that is inviting and fun.

Position:

• General Manager

Compensation:

Desired Experience:

• 3-5 years of similar experience in a high volume fine-casual restaurant
• Enforcing policies and procedures
• Managing cleanliness practices of all FOH operations
• Ordering, purchasing, receiving, and inventory
• P & L management (meeting financial objectives, maintaining beverage costs, maximizing profitability)
• Food and Beverage safety knowledge (RAMP and ServSafe certification preferred)
• Staff training and motivation
• Staff scheduling (monitor daily to ensure appropriate staffing levels to maintain customer service levels)
• Payroll
• Managing 10-15 people
