Now Hiring - Branch Manager
Full-time, Exempt: Salary
Hours: 7:00 am – 4:00 (5:00 pm during Summer), Monday thru Friday.
Rate: $55k - $70k Annually, based on experience

Summary:
The Branch Manager is directly responsible for all operations for their respective branch. The position is designed to grow, coach, and lead all members of the service department while increasing revenue and customer satisfaction year-over-year. It is paramount that the Branch Managers hold themselves, their direct reports, and their teammates accountable to be excellent in all areas while executing on our mission of providing peace of mind to every customer. The Branch Manager reports directly to the District Manager and works with him/her to ensure that their respective branch is hitting all designated goals while maintaining the highest standard in the industry.
What you will do:
· Provide leadership, grow, coach, and develop the Assistant Branch Manager and Summer Service Manager to effectively lead their own branch within one year’s time.
· Grow, coach, and develop the service team by providing leadership opportunities within the branch, (i.e. Product Captain) Grow team members in leadership and professional skills.
· Hold regular team meetings and individual 1-on-1 meetings to achieve desired outcomes, host leadership meetings to assess progress.
· Recruit, train, and work in the field with your team to evaluate and improve customer service skills and ensure performance objectives are met.
· Ensure service exceeds customer expectations through personal follow-up with customers.
· Prepare projections, attend meetings, submit weekly reports.
· Evaluate performance, make wage recommendations, and administer disciplinary actions consistent with company policies.
· Identify high-performing employees for training and development opportunities as well as low-performing employees for strategic training and support.
· Check driver scores and review any safety issues.
· Identify potential issues and solve problems using root cause, and key metrics.
· Maintain and manage equipment and inventory.
· Oversee truck inspections, job pool, field and integrity inspections.
· Facilitate customer service-related issues as needed.
· Build strong relationships within and without of Urbanex.
· Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations impacting human resource functions and ensure that policies, procedures, and reporting comply with local and state regulations.
· Submit payroll, worker’s comp and claims reporting, EEOC, and OSHA reporting to People and Culture for processing.
· Focus on the company mission statement in all decision-making and exhibit our core values.
· Other duties as required.
What you will need:
· High school diploma required; BS is highly preferred.
· Three plus years of Management experience in service industry, with multiple locations
· Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), TEAMS experience is a plus.
· Strong leadership skills to motivate and grow your team.
· Learn quickly while considering the impact of all departments.
· Efficiently increase quality of work, prioritize, and delegate.
· Recruit and retain “A” team players, using great coaching, employee development.
· Professionally recognize team contributions and express core values to achieve buy-in.
· Must have excellent communication skills, positive can-do attitude.
