    BUSINESS ANALYST We are looking for a passionate, hospitality-focused, and operations-savvy Business Analyst to work alongside our management team, our vendors and our operations teams to optimize sales and maintain smooth operations while creating a guest experience that exceeds our guests' expectations. JOB REQUIREMENTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    REPORTING AND ANALYSIS: Provide weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting on efficiencies and effectiveness of existing tech. Provide Monthly program performance and perform budget reviews and provide regular system management. Help to develop the Software and build solutions custom to our needs (reporting, structure). CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

    Create memorable guest experiences by taking ownership over any technical issues and following problems through resolution.

    Serve as point of accountability for all tech related operational issues at the market, including daily vendor support and onboarding of tech platforms and maintenance of hardware and software including but not limited to:

    • Square
    • Toast/POS
    • Apple Pay
    • 3rd Parties/Accounting
    • Other technologies as needed

    PROJECT MANAGEMENT: Serve as primary contact for Customer Support and error troubleshooting on site and in software development, placing equipment orders when needed and leading/supervising equipment installation together with Market Managers.

    VENDOR ONBOARDING AND OPERATIONS: Oversee policy and procedure compliance in onboarding new vendors, reviewing tech operations and conduct meetings, sending emails when needed. Support Vendors in their daily operations and answering any questions regarding tech, digital and beyond.

    TECHNOLOGY HARDWARE MAINTENANCE: Technical troubleshooting in addition to maintaining a technology equipment plan.

    FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT: Manage Tech projects and budget for the year; manage accounts payables / invoicing process. Regularly review each Technology Provider.

    CORPORATE INITIATIVES: Roll out and coordinate operations on corporate initiatives impacting site space (e.g., tech changes, systems upgrades, etc.) to ensure successful, on-time rollouts. PROCESS IMPROVEMENT: As the primary advocate and owner of our Tech, escalate observations and business insights to the VP of Operations to continuously roll out new or revised policies, procedures, and operating standards based on quality business insights. When needed and when feasible, engage with alternative Tech providers and provide recommendations for change when necessary.

    • Have a strong instinct for hospitality, and know what it takes to create memorable guest experiences
    • Have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role
    • Are a very strong communicator and team player, and able to align different parties into a shared vision and execution plan
    • Have analytical skills and a solid understanding of business management practices and strategies
    • Have an entrepreneurial mindset, willing to take initiative and follow problems through to resolution
    • Have an ability to work independently, as well as lead, manage, and motivate a team
    • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and stay cool under pressure
    • Have excellent decision-making skills and ability to prioritize multiple projects
    • Have a deep understanding about technical aspects of hospitality business operations
    • Are comfortable working with existing POS and technology systems
    • Are passionate about growing and strengthening entrepreneurial activity in the F&B space, and cultivating strong relationships with both customers and vendors
