JOB DESCRIPTION
ABOUT THE TEAM:
This role will join the dynamic Debit & ATM team, reporting to the Business Unit Owner within of the Credit Union and Mid-Community Banking space. The individual will assist in all business activities by establishing and carrying out consistent processes and projects in the Debit and ATM business lines that engage employees, optimize operational effectiveness, and inspire change.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
As a Business Systems Analyst, you’ll act as the voice of the customer to ensure that our teams continue to deliver more best-in-breed products that advance the way we pay, bank and invest. You’ll work as part of a team in a scrum setting and must be a self- motivated, proactive, and out-of-the-box thinker.
• Identifying strategies as well as improvement opportunities while also reengineering processes for greater efficiency.
• Conducting tests to ensure changes made by programmers are correct.
• Pulling data and reports and metrics
• Client and Vendor engagement/management/support
• Invoice management
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
• Knowledge of financial services industry and an understanding of end-to-end systems development life cycles.
• A bachelor’s in computer science or information systems or equivalent experience.
• Self-motivated and willingness to learn
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
ADDED BONUS IF YOU HAVE:
ATM industry experience
Master’s degree is desirable.
