    This is a REMOTE position

    Urgent Care 24/7 is looking for a Healthcare Recruiter that can help our expanding organization grow and optimize our talent. We are rapidly growing our Urgent Care and Dental Care model and opening new locations now!

    OBJECTIVES THE HEALTHCARE RECRUITER ROLE

    · Work closely with managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s hiring needs for each position, and meet competitive hiring goals and expectations

    · Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles helping management find, hire, and retain quality talent

    · Grow and foster high-touch relationships with a database of qualified active and passive talent to pull from as new positions open up

    · Run the daily functions of the Recruiting department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices

    · Continuously partner with recruiting team and senior managers to design, refine, and implement innovative HR and recruiting strategies

    · Stay active with current with job boards, social networks, and platforms to find talent, and plan, create, and release job descriptions and announcements

    RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE HEALTHCARE RECRUITER

    · Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline

    · Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings

    · Take ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements

    · Perform reference checks, background checks and employee eligibility verification

    · Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms

    · Manage onboarding and new hire process

    · Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices

    · Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process

    · Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations

    · Implements new hire orientation and employee recognition programs

    · Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff

    · May attend and participate in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.

    · Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance

    · Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law

    · Performs other duties as assigned.

    QUALIFICATIONS FOR HEALTHCARE RECRUITER

    · Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

    · 2 years of recruiting experience, healthcare setting preferred

    · Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing

    · Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust

    · Excellent organizational and time management skills

    · Comfortable making decisions independently

    · Working knowledge of applicant tracking and HRIS systems

    · Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders

    · Proficient in Microsoft Office

    · Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods

    · Deep understanding of employment laws and regulations

    · Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues

    Qualifications

    · Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred

    · At least two years of healthcare recruiting experience preferred

    · Self-motivated and able to work independently

    · Able to work remotely
