About the Position
We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join a collaborative and well-established Urgent Care team alongside three experienced Nurse Practitioners. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity in a modern, hospital-affiliated urgent care setting that emphasizes efficiency, teamwork, and high-quality patient care.
Flexible scheduling with 10–12 hour shifts
Average patient volume of 15–20 patients per day
Scribe support provided for providers seeing 15+ patients per day
On-site X-ray services
Six fully equipped exam rooms
Epic EMR

Compensation & Benefits
Highly competitive total compensation starting at $173,000 +
RVU-based production bonus opportunity tied to an annual threshold
Quality incentive bonuses up to $16,000 annually
$20,000 commencement bonus
$8,000 annually for CME, licensing, dues, and subscriptions, plus paid CME time
