As we continue to grow, we’re seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our Urgent Care team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and manage acute, episodic, and chronic conditions
• Conduct physical exams , assessments, and patient management
• Prescribe medications and develop evidence-based treatment plans
• Collaborate with physicians and specialty providers to ensure optimal care
• Accurately document patient encounters in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR)

Qualifications:

• NP: Master’s degree (APRN) with current NY State licensure and board certification
• PA: Graduate of an accredited PA program with active NY State license and NCCPA certification
• Valid DEA registration and prescriptive authority
• Strong clinical skills, professionalism, and ability to work in a fast-paced setting
• Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities
