Essential Job Duties:

Assist clients with personal care and hygiene

Meal preparation and light housekeeping

Provide companionship and emotional support

Accompany clients on outings, shopping, and errands

Medication reminders (non-medical)

Ambulation assistance and safe client transfers

Follow individualized care plans

Complete required documentation and charting accurately

Qualifications:

Home Care Aide (HCA) registration preferred (If not registered, we can guide you through the process)

Prior caregiving experience preferred

Negative TB test or chest X-ray

COVID-19 vaccination (as required for client safety)

Access to a mobile phone

Ability to travel within the East Bay

Valid California Driver’s License and reliable transportation
