Job Description: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professional to provide exceptional care to our client in the Portage, Hammond, and Valparaiso area.

Job Responsibilities:

Monitor the client’s condition and report any changes

Assist with daily living activities

Support clients with housekeeping tasks

Assist with medication reminders

Transport Client

Requirements:

Minimum of 1-2 year experience as a Caregiver, DSP, CNA, or home health aide

HHA/CNA License (Optional)

Must have reliable transportation and insurance (Must be willing to drive for the client)

Recent TSpot results, Two-step TB/PPD tests or equivalent blood tests within the last year

CPR/BLS/Heartsaver Card - must be issued by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
