Job Description: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professional with HHA or CNA Certification to provide exceptional care to our client in the Hammond area. The ideal candidates will be available for day, night, and overnight shifts.

Job Responsibilities:

Monitor the client’s condition and report any changes

Assist with daily living activities

Support clients with housekeeping tasks

Assist with medication reminders

Transport Client

Requirements:

Minimum of 1-2 year experience as a Caregiver, DSP, CNA, or home health aide

Must have an HHA/CNA License

Must have reliable transportation and insurance (Must be willing to drive for the client)

Recent TSpot results, Two-step TB/PPD tests or equivalent blood tests within the last year

CPR/BLS/Heartsaver Card - must be issued by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross

Schedule: 24/7 Care

7am-3pm

3pm-11pm

11pm-7am
