    POSITION DESCRIPTION

    JOB TITLE: Family Nurse Practitioner AND PMHNP Sign-on bonus after full 90 days of $10,000 You are paid by the volume of work performed (Production or Fee-for-service)

    Days of operation: Monday-Saturday (flexible schedule) to fit your family's needs

    Hours of operation: 8 AM-6 PM

    Location: Halsey Plaza, NE Portland, Oregon 97220

    Rate: 1-3 years $ 125- 3 years working independently $140 a year starting

    Rate: 4-7 years working independently, $141, 5 years working independently, $160 per year

    JOB SUMMARY:

    The Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) specializes in providing comprehensive healthcare services to individuals and families across their lifespan. FNPs are trained to assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of medical conditions.

    FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB:

    Here, our FNP will be able to utilize their full scope working independently as an FNP, which includes a licensed healthcare professional who provides a wide range of healthcare services:

    Diagnosis and management of acute, chronic, and complex health problems; health promotion; disease prevention; health education; and therapeutic services, counseling to individuals, groups. In addition, specialize in delivering primary care services to individuals and families. Responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating a variety of acute and chronic medical conditions, promoting health and wellness, and providing patient education.

    BMWIT FNPs must be willing to support mental health, providing therapeutic services and patient assessments, medication management, prescribing and discussing their mental health conditions with them and the treatment care team. FNPs will also perform case management on all established patients, as well as close a patient case. This role requires collaboration with other healthcare providers internally and externally, and adherence to established guidelines and standards of practice.
