Here at BMWIT, we are looking for both Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Registered Nurses to come and work in our mental healthcare facilities. Here, you will provide direct patient care in our patients' homes/clients. The CNA will work under the supervision of a nurse, who is responsible for more complex tasks and overall patient care management.

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA):

Responsibilities:

CNAs assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and transferring patients. They also monitor vital signs, report changes in patient condition to nurses, and provide emotional support.

Nurses (LPN/RN):

Responsibilities:

Nurses provide a wide range of patient care, including administering medications, performing complex procedures, developing care plans, and educating patients and their families.
