Job Title: In-Home Caregiver (PCA, CNA, or IHA) Company: Caring Hands Home Health Inc. Location: Apex, NC (Cases within 90-mile radius of Raleigh) Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / PRN Pay Rate: New hires typically start at the lower end of the pay scale, unless paired with a higher-paying private client. Rates vary depending on the case, caregiver certification, and availability. PCA Pay Range: $13.75 – $15.00/hour CNA Pay Range: $14.50 – $16.00/hour Benefits: Caregivers who consistently work 30 or more hours per week may be eligible for a $140 monthly benefit stipend. In addition, ongoing training and professional support are provided.

We currently have an urgent need for experienced caregivers in the Apex, NC area to support our growing client base. What You’ll Do:

Assist clients with activities of daily living: bathing, dressing, mobility, toileting, etc.

Provide companionship, medication reminders, and engage in activities

Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation

Follow individualized care plans and document client updates

Communicate changes in condition to supervisor

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of hands-on caregiving experience (home care or facility)

Successful completion of a caregiver skills check

Reliable transportation; driver's license preferred

Ability to work independently and follow care instructions

Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality
