YOUR ROLE: Help seniors and adults remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home by providing:

Personal care and assistance with daily activities

Overnight companionship and safety support

Toileting, mobility, grooming, and dressing assistance

Medication reminders as permitted

Light housekeeping and meal preparation

Care-plan follow-through and documentation

Communication with families and the HomeWell care team

Previous experience as a CNA, caregiver, home health aide, personal care aide, or healthcare worker is a plus.

REQUIREMENTS:

Reliable transportation

Ability to pass a background check

Ability to work independently
