The Role:

Responsibilities:
Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities.
Monitor and document clients' health and well-being.
Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Support clients with meal preparation and nutrition needs.
Build trusting relationships with clients and provide emotional support.
Requirements:
Valid CNA or HHA certification in the state of Florida.
Previous experience in home health care or a related field required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lift and assist clients with mobility.
Compassionate and patient demeanor.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
Background check and references required.
