Strong in new hire orientation/on-boarding, recruiting, employee relations, workers comp, and benefits administration. Education and knowledge of HR laws and regulations for compliance with state and local requirements. Responsible for processing payroll, computing commissions, payroll reconciliations, and reporting. Knowledge with updating and creating SOP's and working with management on special projects. ADP experience a plus.
