This position includes a $500.00 Sign On bonus!! Urological Associates of Savannah, PC has an immediate opening for a full-time Certified Medical Assistant for its Savannah location. Position involves work in a clinic environment assisting physicians and extenders. Strong medical terminology, communication and typing skills are needed as Greenway PrimeSuite EMR is utilized. Must enjoy a fast-paced environment, serving patient needs, and have previous experience working in a medical office. This is a Monday thru Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM full-time, benefited position with some late evening closure times. No travel and no weekends.

General Summary of Duties: Responsible for providing professional nursing care for patients under the supervision of the Clinical Nurse Manager and Physicians by following established standards and practices. Assists physicians and staff in coordinating patient care. Work collaboratively with other members of the healthcare team. Ensures patient safety and quality of life.

Education: High School Diploma or GED; Graduation from an accredited school with certification

Experience: Preferred one (1) year medical practice experience

Requirements: Current CMA certification from a nationally recognized accreditation program (ie: NHA, AAMA); Current BCLS certificate
